How many kids can register for The Village

To reduce exposure, each session is limited to a maximum of 10 households, per session/block per day.

How much does this program cost?

We are operating The Village at Brookview on a donate what you can basis. Once you are registered we will send you details on how you can donate and contribute to keep The Village at Brookview running. There is also a page on our site to donate online. As we have looked at staff and facility costs to operate, it will take about $20 per full day, per child to keep the doors open. This is merely a suggestion for donation. We will be soliciting donations to ensure that anyone who needs this service can come regardless of their ability to donate and you will never receive an invoice for services.

When and how long will The Village at Brookview be open?

We are open from 8A-5P, Tuesdays & Wednesdays and will be operating through the end of the 2020/2021 school year.

How can I secure my spot?

Please see our registration page. You will fill out the intial form via the website and we will send a follow-up email with an offer to schedule a site visit.

What ages does The Village at Brookview serve?

Kindergarten through 8th grade.

What supplies will I need to send my child with?

We will communicate supply needs based on when your child is coming. In the case that we are helping to oversee virtual learning, the minimum supplies needed will be a tablet, chromebook, or laptop, daily school schedule, sign-in/log-in information for their remote learning platform, and a headset with microphone for online classroom time.

Can I still sign-up even if my child doesn't need remote learning support?

Yes! From 8A-12:30P is for online learning only, but we have kids who are done with school and excited to play after 1:00P. Let us know what you are looking for and we will see if we can accommodate you.

What if my needs change (ie: I want to add or subtact days/times, I want to add or subtract a child)?

If you end up needing more support or would like to add a child, you can email us to see if there is room on another day/time. If you would like to remove a child from the program, let us know right away so we can open space to someone else. A no-show for one week, without communication from you will result in offering your child's spot to someone else. We will assume you are continuing with the arrangement you initially signed up for, unless we hear otherwise from you. There is no need to re-enroll each week/month.
