OUR PROGRAM

With virtual learning continuing to be extended in many school districts, your kids may some other kids to "do life" or school with and parents might need a place for their students to go for online schooling. 

 

We want to help!  

Space is limited but we do have a few openings, so fill out the sign-up form and we will connect with you.

VIRTUAL SCHOOL SUPPORT
We offer a space for your child to focus on virtual learning and homework. We help provide accountability for assigned school work, and help them troubleshoot homework issues.

AFTER SCHOOL FUN
The balance tips towards fun, with lots of activities to keep kids active, socializing and burning energy. Supervised activities include rec. time, arts & crafts,

board games and more.

COST:

We are operating The Village at Brookview as a donate what you can.  Once you are registered, we will send you details on how you can contribute to keep The Village at Brookview running.  It costs about $25 per day, per child.

AGES:

Registration is open to children of all grades K through 8th from any public/private school. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

Click on the registration page and fill out the online form. Once your online form is submitted, we will email you to confirm that there is space in the session/block(s) you have signed up for as well as arrange a site visit. We will send more detailed registration forms that will need to be filled out and returned prior to your child's first day.

 

SUPPLIES:

We will communicate supply needs based on your child and your site visit. The minimum supplies needed will be a tablet, chromebook, or laptop for their virtual learning, daily school schedule, assignments due each day, sign-in/log-in information for their remote learning platform, and a headset with microphone for online classroom time.  We have a certified teacher who will be overseeing learning, however children will need to be able to mostly self-manage their virtual learning schedule.

 

COVID SAFETY MEASURES:

Group sizes will be restricted to a maximum of 10 households.

Personal toys will need to stay at home and supplies will be individual rather than shared.

Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival each day (kids, staff, & volunteers).

If someone arrives at The Village sick, or becomes sick during the day they will be quarantined and need to be picked up by someone immediately. If there are siblings attending, they will need to picked up as well.
